About the service:
❖ Letter of Undertaking (LUT) is Mandatory for supplying of Goods/Services to SEZ without
payment of GST.
❖ LUT is valid for 12 months and needs to be re-new before starting of each financial year.

❖ 1 Day after the receipt of documents.
➢ Required Documents/Information:
❖ Witness details of any 2 persons.

❖ Yearly Letter of undertaking.
